Your goal is to earn as many points as you can by completing the challenges posted 
in the next 14 days. 


1)  TIK TOK DANCE - 10 POINTS
Teach yourself a Tik Tok Dance, practice it to perfection and then perform it!
Send the video to me via SeeSaw!

2)  FLIP A COIN FITNESS - 10 POINTS
Using the "flip a coin fitness sheet" seen below, find someone in your family to complete this workout with. Send me a sweaty selfie via SeeSaw once you finish the workout!

3)  KAHOOT - 5 POINTS (2 BONUS POINTS FOR HIGHER SCORE)
Complete the Kahoot from the link below.  Take a screen shot of your final score and send it to me via SeeSaw. (Sent to Team account!)

4)  INDOOR SCAVENGER HUNT - 5 POINTS (2 BONUS POINTS FOR HIGHER SCORE)Using Teams, you will complete a scavenger hunt in your home, while competing with your classmates in real time.  Stay tuned for an invitation from me!  In the meantime, if you haven't downloaded the Teams app through your Microsoft account, do it now to keep from too many delays.

5)  TRICK SHOT - 5 POINTS (2 BONUS POINTS FOR HIGHER SCORE)
Watch the video below for inspiration!  Then spend time constructing your own trick shot at your house.  Send a video of your successful trick shot to me!

CHALLENGE TWO
Your goal is to earn as many points as you can by completing the challenges posted 
in the next 14 days. 


1)  YOGA - 10 POINTS
Select one of the yoga videos posted below to complete.  Send me a sweaty selfie on SeeSaw once you are done!  (Let me know which one you tried - you can find different links as well)



2)  LINE DANCE- 10 POINTS
Select one of the line dance videos posted below to practice and then perform. Have your family join in!  Send me a video of your dance once you have perfected it.  (Send video through SeeSaw)



3)  WALKING- 5 POINTS
Go for an outdoor walk.  Use one of the "track my run" apps listed below and send me a screenshot of the your map/distance once completed.  (Send screenshot through SeeSaw)

Create an indoor or outdoor obstacle course using items you can find in and around your house.  You should find items you can go over, under, around and through.  Challenge a family member to see who is the quickest!  Send me a video on SeeSaw of you completing the course.

6)  ALBHABET FITNESS- 10 POINTS
Use 10 letters from your name (can be a combination of first, middle, or last names to reach 10) and complete the workout posted below.  Invite a family member to join you!  Send a sweaty selfie through SeeSaw and let me know what you completed!

CHALLENGE THREE
Your goal is to earn as many points as you can by completing the challenges posted 
in the next 14 days.


1)  DAREBEE WORKOUT - 10 POINTS 
Using the Darebee website, select a workout of your own choosing...  Send me a time lapsed video on SeeSaw of you completing it.

2)  MINUTE TO WIN IT- 10 POINTS 
Using the YouTube examples below, come up with your own original minute to win it activity.  Challenge your family members to compete and see who can finish with the fastest time.   Send me a video on SeeSaw of you completing the task. 

3)  DECK OF CARD FITNESS - 10 POINTS 
Using the key provided below, complete a deck of cards workout on your own or with family.  Each person must draw (at random) 12 cards from a deck.  Each card you draw will correspond to an exercise. Send me a time lapsed video on SeeSaw of you completing the workout.

4)  ZUMBA - 10 POINTS 
Select one of the workout videos posted below.  Film yourself completing the zumba routine.  Send me a time lapsed video on SeeSaw of you completing the workout.

5)  CREATE A GAME - 10 POINTS (2 BONUS POINTS FOR MOST CREATIVE GAME)
Create a game of your own using any sports equipment and household items you have access to, or get creative and make your own!  Recruit your family to play.  Send me a copy of the rationale, rules and a video of you playing.

CHALLENGE FOUR
Your goal is to earn as many points as you can by completing the challenges posted 
in the next 14 days.

1)  RESPECT IN SPORT COURSE - 20 POINTS 
Using the link here, complete this free online course.  Respect in Sport is meant for athletes, coaches, officials, and parents.  Upon completion of the course, you will earn a certificate which you will need to take a picture of and sent to me via SeeSaw.  

2)  ROCK PAPER SCISSORS FITNESS - 10 POINTS 
Using the document posted below, find one or more family members to compete against in a R/P/S challenge.  Once you complete all 12 rounds, send me a sweaty selfie!

3)  AT HOME ESCAPE ROOM - 25 POINTS 
Using the exemplars provided below, create your own sport or fitness themed escape room at home and have your family try to solve it!  Send me photos of you plans and a video walking me through the entire thing!

4)  AMRAP WORKOUT - 15 POINTS 
An AMRAP workout stands for as many rounds or reps as possible.  Select one of the AMRAP workouts posted below to complete.  Send me your score and a sweaty selfie when you are done!

5)  MONOPOLY BOARD GAME - 15 POINTS 
Learn the health and skill related components of fitness using the board game posted below.  While you are playing a game of fitness monopoly with your family take a photo and send it to me!


6)  FITNESS BLENDER WORKOUT - 10 POINTS 
Select one of the workout videos below and complete it alone or with a family member.  Using a video editor app, send me a time lapsed video of you completing it!
